First Ever Round!

Congratulations to Nicholas Mutebi for playing his first round of golf yesterday.

Nick is a participant in the FairWays to Leadership program and is the first participant from the program's inaugural class to play their first ever round of golf. Nick summed up his experience by saying, "It's really fun I won't lie. Looking forward to getting better."

The FairWays to Leadership program was created over the summer by Dr. Eric Boyd with the purpose of promoting diversity, inclusion and equity in business through golf literacy. The program teaches participants how to play golf through lessons on the driving range and teaches them how to use golf to create business opportunities through online classes covering the rules, culture and leadership lessons that are associated with golf.
