Anna Alvarez Boyd, is the founder of Executive Horizons LLC, a consulting and leadership coaching business.  She brings over 25 years of experience as a trusted senior leader to her clients.  Anna has diverse experience in government, corporate and the non-profit sectors where she led housing, mortgage finance and community development policy at a national level.  Her coaching starts with the belief that every individual is talented, creative and whole.  She supports clients to deeper self-discovery, through a unique, tailored approach for each person that includes skill building, reflective practices and leadership development.  Anna is a graduate of Georgetown University’s Transformational Leadership Coaching program and a member of the International Coaching Federation, ACC level certified coach.

Reem Labib Tyson, M.Ed, ACC, is the Founder of EDspired Leadership Coaching and Consulting. Reem serves as a coach for entrepreneurs, mission driven leaders, and individuals who are ready to pivot, transform or looking to get “unstuck.” With over twenty years as a leader in the education sector, Reem is gifted at creating space for people to develop and thrive in their personal and professional lives. Reem believes that everyone has gifts and oftentimes, we need to silence our brains and get out of our own way to see what is possible.  Reem earned a B.A., in Psychology from The George Washington University, an M.Ed. in Education from George Mason University, and received an Executive Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University’s Institute for Transformational Leadership. She is an ACC certified coach through the International Coach Federation.

Wardell Townsend is the Sr. VP and COO of The Townsend Dantai, LLC. His career includes progressively responsible management leadership positions in the public and private sectors. Wardell has a strong allegiance to community responsibility and development, maintaining a public service commitment in local and federal government with solid business delivery principles. He has always made it a priority and an obligation to mentor, counsel and invest in promising junior employees as part of succession planning. Wardell is a graduate of Western Carolina University where he served as Chair of the Board of Trustees.

Nayan Leadership

Dhru Beeharilal is an Executive and Business Coach and the founder of Nayan Leadership. As an entrepreneur, author, creative, amateur athlete, explorer, and aspiring Renaissance Man, Dhru brings many perspectives to his work with clients, shifting their perspectives and helping them to "Be like water," as Bruce Lee said. He earned his Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School, working as an attorney before shifting his career focus to program, project, and people management before discovering his passion for coaching. He achieved his Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University in 2018 and earned his Professional Certified Coach (PCC) certification in 2019 from the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
