Twenty $1,000 scholarships are available to eligible FairWays to Leadership students and alumni through two development tracks: Executive Coaching and Golf Education.

Executive Coaching
Work one-on-one with an executive coach to strengthen your leadership, confidence, executive presence, and professional development.
10 scholarships available · $1,000 each
What you'll receive
Recipients will engage in individualized sessions (4) and a leadership assessment of personal strengths with a professional certified coach. Sessions will include highly personalized content such as:
A professional development assessment, such as CliftonStrengths or an EQ-i emotional intelligence assessment
An individualized assessment debrief to help recipients understand their strengths, leadership tendencies, and potential development areas
A focused leadership development plan connected to the recipient’s professional aspirations and current opportunities
Practical strategies and resources that can be applied in the workplace, in the community, and throughout the recipient’s career
This track is designed to:
Provide an experience tailored to each recipient. You do not need to hold a formal management position or have a fully developed career plan to benefit. Successful applicants will demonstrate curiosity, openness to feedback, a commitment to personal growth, and a willingness to take responsibility for their development.
Golf Education
Continue developing your golf skills through professional instruction, practice, equipment, and experiences designed to build confidence on and off the course.

What you'll receive
Through a unique partnership with the PGA TOUR Superstore, scholarship recipients will receive personalized golf coaching sessions led by certified PGA professionals at their local PGA TOUR Superstore location. Coaching will focus on:
Swing fundamentals and course strategy
On-course confidence and etiquette
Translating lessons from golf to leadership and networking
In addition, recipients may use scholarship funds to offset costs for golf clubs, practice sessions through participating PGA TOUR Superstore location
This track is designed to:
Expand access to golf by covering the costs associated with golf instruction, equipment, and literacy training—critical components of the FairWays to Leadership experience.
What Are The requirements?
Personal statement (500 words) answering: “How would this scholarship advance your leadership and career journey?” Be specific regarding your chosen track.
Resume (to demonstrate academic/professional progress).
Letter of recommendation (from a professor, mentor, or employer).
Applicants must specify which track they are applying for: Executive Coaching OR Golf Education.
Applicants must be 21 years of age or older to apply.
Who Can Apply?
Current or former FWTL students/alumni 21 years of age or older.
Demonstrated commitment to leadership, community impact, and FWTL values.
Strong interest in either professional development or golf literacy.
