FairWays to Leadership is proud to launch its inaugural Alumni Advisory Committee, a high-impact leadership opportunity for graduates of the program who are passionate about creating access, advancing equity, and empowering the next generation of leaders through golf literacy.

We are seeking eight committed alumni to serve as thought partners and strategic ambassadors—individuals who are ready to invest their time, talent, and insight to help FWTL grow and thrive. As a member of this committee, you will help shape the future of FairWays to Leadership while building meaningful relationships, gaining exposure to national leadership networks, and furthering your own development as a changemaker.

The Alumni Advisory Committee is a non-governing leadership body composed of FWTL alumni representing a range of industries, class years, and regions. Members will collaborate closely with the Executive Director, FWTL Board, and staff to provide strategic input, elevate the alumni voice, and champion the organization’s mission across the country.

This is not just an opportunity to stay connected—it’s an invitation to lead.
