What is Lead the Way?

FairWays to Leadership is launching its new fundraising campaign, Lead the Way. With this campaign, FairWays to Leadership will continue its work toward increasing diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace by offering life changing programs that teach leadership and networking benefits to young adults at colleges and universities across the country. Your participation in Lead the Way will help create a future where the percentage of firms having no person of color or no woman in a top leadership role is reduced from its current level of 35%.

Join the $35 for 35% Movement

FairWays to Leadership is making progress toward bringing more diverse leaders to the workplace using golf to create an immersive environment for teaching students about business leadership. Currently, 35% of large companies have either no person of color or no woman in a top leadership role. Help us reduce this number by joining our $35 for 35% “Lead the Way” campaign. Donate $35 or more to receive a commemorative Lead the Way gift! FairWays to Leadership is leading the way toward changing the face of business and golf by helping young adults from all communities develop their leadership skills and confidence. No matter if your gift is small or large, it will support our mission of advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion in business leadership.

 Lead The Way Fundraiser Event

The Lead The Way Fundraiser will take place on July 27th at 3:00PM EST. Everyone is welcome to tune in to the live stream on the official Instagram profile of FairWays To Leadership: @FairWaysToLeadership.

During the event two teams of celebrities and FairWays to Leadership alumni will compete in a best-ball 9-hole competition.

The event will also reveal the winners of the Lead The Way raffle!
